HOMEMADE CHEESECAKE 
1 graham cracker pie crust
1 (2 lb.) bag confectioners' sugar
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 sm. lemon

Mix sugar and cream cheese together. Fold together until it gets a little easier to mix, then mix in blender on low speed until smooth. Add fresh lemon juice (to taste). Pour into crust and refrigerate.
