MARGARET'S SCOTCH SHORTBREAD | |
3/4 lb. butter 3 c. sifted flour 3/4 c. sugar Cream butter and sugar. Add flour. Turn out on bread board; knead with more flour until it's not sticky. Pat in 12 x 9 x 3 inch glass dish; prick with fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour until golden brown on top. Cut into fingers while still warm. |
