WHIPPED CREAM PIE 
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
1 baked pie shell
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Whip cream into soft peaks. Add softened cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar and vanilla. Whip until stiff and well blended. Pour into cooled pie shell - refrigerate.

Thaw and drain strawberries. Place juice in 1 quart saucepan and add cornstarch. Cook over low heat until thickened. Remove from heat and cool. Return berries to mixture when cool. Pour over top of whipped cream mixture. Refrigerate several hours before serving. Also good with blueberries, peaches, or cherries.
