AFTER DINNER OR PARTY MINTS 
1 egg white
Powdered sugar
1 stick melted butter

Beat egg white until frothy; add powdered sugar until stiff. Add butter and sugar until consistency desired. Color may be added. Peppermint oil to taste - be careful you may make too strong.

Use a decorating tube of design you prefer, placing each one on waxed paper or foil and leave to air dry until dry enough to handle. These may be made ahead and stored, can even be shipped if packed correctly.
