PINEAPPLE APRICOT SALAD 
1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
1 c. celery
1 c. nuts
2 pkgs. Dream Whip
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. apricot Jello
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese

Bring to boil pineapple, water and sugar, then add apricot Jello and cool. Add 1 cup celery, 1 cup nuts, chopped, when mixture begins to set. Prepare 2 packages Dream Whip according to directions (or 4 cups Cool Whip). Fold in 2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, which have been softened, to Jello mixture. Pour into mold and chill.
