BLUEBERRY TORTE 
1/2 c. oatmeal
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
3/4 c. melted butter
1 c. water
1 c. white sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries

Combine oatmeal, 1 cup sugar, flour and melted butter. Save 1 cup for topping and press remaining into bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Cook until clear and thick in water, 1 cup white sugar and cornstarch. Add fresh or frozen blueberries. Spread over base in pan. Top with reserved crumbs.

Bake at 350°F for 50 to 60 minutes. Serve with Cool Whip or ice cream.
