EASY LEMON BARS 
1 pkg. one-step angel food cake mix
1 (21 oz.) can lemon pie filling
1 c. coconut

Mix cake mix with pie filling and coconut and spread into a greased 10 x 15 inch jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. When cool, frost with 1 (8 ounce) package softened cream cheese, blended with 1/2 cup soft butter, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, and 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar.
