SECRET FLUFFY DUMPLINGS 
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. chopped parsley (optional)
1/3 c. milk
2 eggs

Beat eggs well, add milk. Stir in dry ingredients only until moistened. Drop by spoonfuls on hot stew. Keep simmering.

Secret: Cook 10 minutes uncovered to rise, then 10 minutes tightly covered to finish cooking. Delicious on chicken stew.

These are by far the easiest dumplings I have ever made. They are fluffy in the very beginning, and if you let them cook a little longer they will become more dense, your choice, they are delicious both ways. Just remember DONT overmix the dough, that is the secret!!! The parsley is very good in them, and I like to add chives also. Mess around with it, I am going to. Add different spices with whatever you are going to put them in. I am very happy with this recipe
