SECRET FLUFFY DUMPLINGS | |
1 1/2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. chopped parsley (optional) 1/3 c. milk 2 eggs Beat eggs well, add milk. Stir in dry ingredients only until moistened. Drop by spoonfuls on hot stew. Keep simmering. Secret: Cook 10 minutes uncovered to rise, then 10 minutes tightly covered to finish cooking. Delicious on chicken stew. |
