EGGLESS RAISIN CAKE 
1 c. raisins
2 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Chopped nuts, if desired

Boil in large pan, raisins and water for 10 minutes. Add butter. Let cool. In same pan, add the rest of the ingredients. Stir to combine. Bake in greased 9x9 inch pan for 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees.
