OUTLANDISHLY DELICIOUS BANANA PUDDING | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 can Eagle Brand milk 1 lg. pkg. instant vanilla pudding 4 lg. bananas, 1/4" slices 1 box vanilla wafers 2 1/2 c. cold milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. banana extract 1 (12 oz.) container whipped topping Using large mixing bowl and electric mixer, mix instant pudding with cold milk for 1 minute. Let stand until thick. Using medium mixing bowl and electric mixer, beat cream cheese, Eagle Brand milk and extracts together for 2 1/2 minutes. Mix cream cheese mixture with pudding, mixing on low setting for 1 minute. Using large rubber spatula, fold in half of the whipped topping. Place a single layer of vanilla wafers on bottom of 8"x11" baking dish, then a single layer of bananas, next layer some of the pudding. Repeat this until you use all the pudding, ending with pudding on top. Spread the remainder of whipped topping on top and decorate with vanilla wafers. Refrigerate until ready to serve. |
