KATHY'S BUSTER BAR DESSERT 
1 lb. Oreo cookies, crushed
1/2 c. melted butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
2/3 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
1 1/2 c. Spanish peanuts

Mix together 1/2 cup butter, the powdered sugar and boil for 8 minutes, along with the chocolate chips. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Cool. Mix crushed Oreo cookies and 1/2 cup melted butter together. Put into 9x13 inch pan and let cool. Cut ice cream into slices and press over cookie crust. Sprinkle peanuts over the ice cream. Pour cooled chocolate mixture over top and freeze. Take out about 15 minutes before serving.
