BANANA NUT CAKE 
2 c. cake flour
1 c. sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
1/2 c. nuts
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Sift flour, sugar, salt, soda and baking powder together. Add egg which has been beaten with milk. Mix. Add oil, beat well. Add mashed bananas. Mix in nuts. Beat thoroughly. Pour into 2 greased and floured cake plates. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.

ICING:

2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. mashed bananas
2 c. 4x sugar

Mix butter and bananas until smooth. Add sugar and mix well.
