1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms
1 can boned chicken
1 lg. can Chinese noodles
1 sm. can Pet milk

Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes. Normally, add extra can of boned chicken and extra milk.
