BEETS AND EGGS 
2 Cups Libby Sliced Beets-Drained-Reserve Juice
1 cup Vinegar
1 cup Sugar
Salt & Pepper - To Taste
1 cup Water
10-15 Pieces of Whole Allspice
12 Hard Boiled Eggs

Cook beet juice, allspice, vinegar, and water till hot. Place eggs and beets in a large jar and pour hot liquid over them. Refrigerate a day before serving.
