CHICKEN PARMESAN 
Boneless chicken breasts
1 c. cornflake crumbs
2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter

Dip chicken into melted butter. Roll in remaining ingredients. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
