BANANA CREAM CHEESE PIE 
1 baked pie shell
3 med. bananas
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 tbsp. vanilla

Slice 2 bananas; place them in pie shell. Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add milk gradually and continue beating until mixture is smooth.

Stir in lemon juice and vanilla.

Pour into pie shell; chill until filling is firm. About 1 hour before serving, slice remaining banana; arrange slices on top of pie filling.
