CHEESE POTATOES 
4-6 c. potatoes
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 c. milk
1 stick butter
1 c. boiled ham or cooked smoked sausage
Onion flakes

Boil potatoes and drain. Melt cheese, milk and butter together. Cut ham or sausage in bite-size pieces. Layer the potatoes and cheese in a baking dish. Sprinkle the meat on top. Put on onion flakes to taste. Put in 325 degree oven until hot. Do not bake.
