MELON SUPREME 
1/2 c. sm. cantaloupe balls
1/2 c. sm. watermelon balls
1/2 c. fresh peaches, diced
1/2 c. pineapple, diced
2 tbsp. powdered sugar
1/3 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. lemon rind, grated
1 c. whipping cream

Mix fruit together; chill. Blend together sugar, pineapple juice, mayonnaise and lemon rind. Fold chilled fruit, then whipped cream, into dressing mixture. Pour into 1 quart mold. Chill until firm. Unmold, serve on crisp lettuce. 6 servings.
