ZUCCHINI STEW 
3 onions, sliced
3 green peppers, sliced
butter
1 lb. Italian sausage
3-4 sm. zucchini, thickly sliced
2 (8 oz.) cans mushrooms
1 c. spaghetti sauce

Saute onions and peppers in butter until tender. In separate fry pan, fry sausage. Add sausage to onions and peppers. Next, add zucchini, mushrooms and spaghetti sauce. Cover and cook until zucchini is tender. Add garlic salt to taste.
