GRAPENUT CUSTARD 
3 c. scalded milk
4 eggs, beaten
1 scant c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. nutmeg (divided)
1/2 c. Grapenuts

Mix first 3i ingredients together, being careful not to cook eggs. Add Grapenuts salt, vanilla and 1/2 the nutmeg. Mix well and pour into Pyrex dish. Sprinkle remaining nutmeg on top. Put dish in hot water bath and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.
