2 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/4 c. butter (1 stick of 4)
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 c. Coca Cola
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. mini marshmallows
1/2 tsp. salt

In large mixing bowl, blend flour, sugar and cocoa - then set aside. Bring to a boil butter, oil and coca cola then pour over dry mixture. In another bowl dissolve baking soda in buttermilk, add eggs, vanilla, marshmallows and salt. Then add to other ingredients already mixed. Bake at 350 degrees in 8 x 12 inch or 9 x 13 inch pan for 35 to 40 minutes.

ICING:

1/4 c. butter
6 tbsp. Coca Cola
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 box powdered sugar
1 c. nuts
