CAKE:

1 c. coconut
1 Duncan Hines box cake mix, butter
2 bananas, mashed
1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
3 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. brown sugar

Mix first 6 ingredients together until well blended. Pour into 9x13 inch cake pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup brown sugar. Bake 40 minutes in 350 degree oven. Cool 15 minutes, top with frosting. May broil until coconut is light brown.

FROSTING:

1/2 c. half & half or Pet milk
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. white sugar
1 1/2 c. coconut
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Boil 3 minutes over medium heat.
