CHICKEN MANICOTTI WITH CHIVE
CREAM SAUCE
 
12 manicotti shells, cooked to package directions, drained
1 (8 oz.) container soft-style cream cheese with chives and onion
2/3 c. milk
1/4 c. Romano or Parmesan cheese
2 c. cooked diced chicken
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, drained
1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimento, drained
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

Stir cream cheese over low heat until melted. Slowly add milk, stirring until smooth. Stir in cheese. For filling stir together 3/4 of sauce, chicken, broccoli, pimento, and black pepper. Carefully stuff each manicotti shell.

Arrange in 13x9x2 baking dish. Pour remaining sauce atop shells. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 25- 30 minutes or until heated through. Makes 6 servings. Serve with a salad and good crisp bread.
