GERMAN CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE | |
16 sq. graham crackers 2 tbsp. sugar 3 tbsp. butter 19 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 c. sugar 1/4 c. cocoa 2 tsp. vanilla 3 eggs Oven at 350 degrees. Mix first 3 ingredients. Press in springform pan and bake 10 minutes. Cool. Reduce oven to 300 degrees. Beat cream cheese. Gradually add 1 cup sugar and cocoa, beating until fluffy. Add vanilla. Beat in eggs one at a time. Pour over crumb mixture. Bake about 1 hour until center is firm. Cool to room temperature. TOPPING: 2 tbsp. butter 1/3 c. cream 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1 egg 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. each pecans and coconut |
