CRANAPPLE PIE 
5 c. pared sliced apples (4 lg.)
1 c. fresh cranberries
3/4 c. seedless raisins
3/4 c. + 1 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. milk
2 tbsp. butter

Mix apples, cranberries and raisins. Stir in 3/4 cup sugar and cinnamon. Pile into prepared pastry, dot with butter. Top with crust. Brush with milk, sprinkle with sugar.

Bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until apples are tender.
