PINA - COLADA PUNCH 
8.5 oz. can cream of coconut
3 c. pineapple juice, chilled
12 oz. can (1 1/2 c.) ginger ale, chilled

In punch bowl, stir cream of coconut and pineapple juice until well mixed. Just before serving, add ginger ale, stirring gently. Makes 10 (1/2 cup) servings. Can serve with pineapple ice ring.
