FROSTED PECANS 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1 lb. pecans
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar, cinnamon, ginger and sour cream. Bring to a full boil. Continue boiling 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Add pecans and stir until mixture sugars. (The pecans sugar rapidly.) Pour on wax paper. Separate and let cool thoroughly.
