HONEYED CHICKEN 
1 chicken cut up
1 tsp. Goya Adobo Seasoning
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. peanut oil
1/2 c. honey
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Place chicken skin side up in a large pan. Sprinkle with Adobo, salt and pepper and let stand 10 minutes. Mix together, oil, honey and soy sauce and drizzle over chicken.

Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for about 1 hour or until done. Baste frequently with juices in pan.
