CREAM OF ANYTHING SOUP 
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. butter
1 c. (or more) cooked vegetables
2 c. chicken broth
1 c. milk or light cream
Salt & pepper to taste

Saute onion in butter, then put in blender with vegetables and broth, 1 cup at a time. After blending, add seasonings and milk and heat. Do not boil.
