SALSA 
18 - 20 tomatoes, skinned and quartered
4 lg. green peppers, chopped
2 lg. onions, chopped
1 tbsp. salt
2 c. sugar
2 c. vinegar (white)

Put in large saucepan and cook down until thick. Cool and put in containers and FREEZE.

Variations:Add one hot pepper to make sauce tangy.:

Add 2 - 3 hot peppers for hot sauce.

Slice hot peppers and add to sauce whole. Remove hot peppers before freezing. Delicious served over Breakfast casserole.
