PUMPKIN BARS 
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. pumpkin or 1 (16 oz.) can
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
4 eggs
1 c. nuts (raisins or both)
1 or 2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. oil

FROSTING INGREDIENTS:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 lb. butter
1 3/4 to 4 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. whipping cream

Mix all bar ingredients. Bake in a deep cookie sheet or 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Test for doneness. Mix well all the frosting ingredients and spread on bars when cooled. (Can be served with whipped cream.)
