PORK-RICE CASSEROLE 
6 pork chops
2 c. cooked rice
1 egg, beaten
1 can cream of chicken soup
Pepperidge Farm Stuffing Mix
Melted butter

Brown chops. Place cooked rice in 9x12 casserole dish. Arrange chops on top. Mix egg and soup and pour over chops and rice. Cover with stuffing mix and sprinkle melted butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, covered.
