MACARONI-ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE | |
2-3 c. spaghetti sauce (homemade is best) 1-2 c. cooked elbow macaroni 1 lg. zucchini, peeled and sliced very thin 1/8 inch rounds 1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained 1 lg. onion, sliced 1 (16 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, sliced In a 3 or 4 quart casserole arrange like lasagna, 1/4 cup sauce on bottom, layers of zucchini, cheese, onion, sauce, macaroni and ground beef and Mozzarella cheese, sauce on top. Bake covered at 375 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours. |
