CHEWY GRANOLA 
2 c. rolled oats
1 c. dry roasted, unsalted peanuts, coarsely chopped
1 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
1/2 c. dark seedless raisins
2/3 c. Egg Beaters
1/3 c. sweet unsalted butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. wheat germ

In large bowl, combine oats, peanuts, brown sugar, wheat germ and raisins. Stir in Egg Beaters, butter and vanilla; press mixture firmly into a greased 9"x9"x2" baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until done. Cool 10 minutes. Cut into 16 bars. Makes 16 bars.
