1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 yellow cake mix
1 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Preheat oven to 375°F. In a bowl, combine vanilla, cake mix, oil and eggs. Stir until well blended. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a shallow bowl. Form dough into 1 inch balls. Roll balls in cinnamon/sugar mixture. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes until cookies are set and lightly browned. Remove to cooling rack.
