FAJITA RICE 
1 1/2 c. minute instant brown rice
3/4 lb. flank steak, cut into thin strips
1 med. onion, sliced
1 med. green pepper, sliced
1 med. red pepper, sliced
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. lime juice
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Prepare rice as directed on package omitting butter and salt. Cook and stir meat, vegetables and garlic powder in hot oil in large skillet until browned. Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer five minutes Serve meat mixture over rice.
