PAPRIKA CHICKEN 
3 lb. frying chicken
2 onions, finely chopped
3 tbsp. fat (oil)
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
Soft noodles

Wash chicken, drain. Brown onions in oil, add paprika and chicken. Sprinkle with salt. Cover and cook slowly for about 1 hour, or until tender. Pour cream over chicken, heat. Serve with noodles. Serves 6.
