ORANGE TAPIOCA SALAD 
water (see ***note below)
1- 3 oz. orange jello
1 small instant vanilla pudding
1 can mandarin oranges, drain and reserve
1- 3 oz tapioca pudding
8 oz crushed pineapple, drain and reserve
1 8 oz container of cool whip

In sauce pan bring liquids to a boil. Whisk in gelatin, pudding mixes. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cool completely. Fold in oranges, pineapple, cool whip.

***Combine pineapple, mandarin juice into measuring cup, add water until it equals 3 cups.
