11 oz. cream cheese
2 pkgs. Knox gelatin
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 sm. can peaches, sliced
3 fresh strawberries or mandarins, canned

Dissolve gelatin with 1/4 cup boiling water. Set aside. Cut peaches in half, slice and arrange them in the mold (a glass mold is better). Cream the cheese with the sugar and add the milk and vanilla. Add the gelatin and pour over the peaches.

Put in the refrigerator until it's set. Garnish with berries or mandarins. It is better to do this recipe overnight or early in the morning.
