HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
4 slices bacon, chopped
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
8 oz. sour cream
1 pkg. cooked noodles

Combine ground beef, bacon, and onion in a skillet and cook over medium heat until meat is well-browned. Drain off excess fat. Add soup, salt, and paprika to skillet, mix well. Continue cooking 15-20 minutes stirring occasionally. Stir in sour cream and heat thoroughly, but do not boil. Serve over hot noodles.
