SNICKER BARS 
FIRST LAYER:

1 c. chocolate chips
1/4 c. butterscotch chips
1/4 c. peanut butter

SECOND LAYER:

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. peanut butter
1 1/2 c. marshmallow creme
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. Spanish peanuts

THIRD LAYER:

40 caramels
4 tbsp. heavy cream

FOURTH LAYER:

1 c. chocolate chips
1/4 c. butterscotch chips
1/4 c. peanut butter

Melt and mix together ingredients for first layer. Put in 9"x13" pan. Cool in refrigerator to harden. Mix sugar, milk and butter. Boil for 15 minutes. Add remaining ingredients from second layer and pour over first layer. Melt caramels and heavy cream and pour over second layer. Make fourth layer same as first, put on third layer.
