PICNIC CAKE 
1 lg. can sliced peaches, undrained
1 yellow cake mix
1 c. shredded coconut
1 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted

Arrange peach slices and juice evenly in ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over peaches. Sprinkle coconut over peaches and top with nuts. Drizzle melted butter over top of mixture. Bake at 350 degrees 45 to 50 minutes until golden brown on top. Serves 10 to 12.
