EGG CASSEROLE | |
12 slices of bread with crust 1 stick butter 18 eggs 1 tsp. dry mustard Cooked ham, sausage or bacon 1 jar Cheese Whiz (lg. size) 2 c. milk 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese Using a sheet cake pan, grease well with butter. Coat bread with melted cheese and butter and layer in sheet pan. Beat the eggs and milk well and pour over bread and mustard. Sprinkle with cooked ham, or sausage or bacon. Grate cheese and put on top of this. Cover with foil and place in refrigerator for overnight. Let stand for 30 minutes on counter, then bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 10-12. |
