GREEK SALAD 
2 lb. tomatoes
1 c. sliced onions
1 c. coarsely diced cucumber
1/2 c. black olives
3/4 c. coarsely diced green pepper
1/2 lb. feta cheese, diced
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. olive oil
Fresh ground black pepper to taste

Coarsely dice tomatoes. Lightly toss tomatoes with remaining ingredients. Chill several hours.
