CHESTNUT BURRS | |
2 lb. ground beef 2 eggs 1/2 c. milk Italian seasoned bread crumbs Salt Pepper 1 diced onion Prepare stuffing mix as directed on box; set aside. Mix meat with eggs, milk and bread crumbs to moist consistency. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and onions. Make large hamburger patties from meat mixture. Place 1 tablespoon of stuffing mix in middle of pattie, place around stuffing. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan, add 1/2 cup of water to bottom of pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until meat is cooked. Serve with mashed potatoes, gravy, and salad. Serves 4-5 people. |
