1 c. brown sugar
1 c. light Karo syrup
Popcorn

Combine sugar and syrup and bring to boil for 1 minute. Meanwhile, butter cookie sheet. Combine popcorn with sugar syrup mixture. Spread popcorn mixture in cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven, stirring until cool 3-5 minutes. Store in uncovered container.
