SPINACH SALAD 
1 lb. fresh spinach, washed
4 hard boiled eggs, cut up
1 handful chow mein noodles
10 strips of bacon, crumbled
1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. bean sprouts, fresh, washed

Remove stems and tear spinach into bite sized pieces. Add remaining ingredients and top with hot dressing.

DRESSING:

Mix the following in small saucepan and heat until it starts to bubble.

1/4 c. bacon grease
1/3 c. catsup
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 sm. onion, chopped up fine

Pour over salad just before serving.
