SUNDAY BRUNCH 
1 lb. bacon
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 dozen eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
4 c. thawed hash browns
1/2 tsp. pepper

Fry bacon until crisp. Crumble, set aside. Brown 1/2 cup chopped onion; set aside. Mix eggs and milk. Add cheese, salt, hash browns, pepper, bacon and onions. Pour into 9"x13" baking dish. Top with additional cheese and parsley flakes. Bake 30 to 45 minutes until set at 350 degrees.
