SUNDAY BRUNCH 
1 lb. pork sausage, not links
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green or red pepper
6 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream

Brown sausage, onion, and peppers in skillet. Drain. Line baking dish with 3/4 of sausage mixture. Combine eggs and sour cream and pour over sausage mixture. Bake at 350 degrees until eggs are semi-soft. Stir egg mixture and top with remaining sausage. Bake until firm. Serves 4-6.
