RASPBERRY PUNCH 
1 pt. raspberry sherbet
2 c. apple juice
2 c. water
1 c. sugar
1 c. lemon juice
10 oz. pkg. frozen raspberries
28 oz. bottle grapefruit carbonated beverage or ginger ale, chilled

Spoon sherbet into punch bowl. Combine apple juice, water, sugar and lemon juice. Stir until sugar dissolves. Add berries and stir until berries separate. Stir into punch bowl. Slowly add carbonated beverage. Makes 25 (4 oz.) servings.
